Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-07-06
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using EveryTie (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
EveryTie publishes companies’ business and supply-chain relationships, each backed by a short verbatim quote from a public company filing (such as a U.S. SEC Form 10-K or 20-F) with a link to the original source. The Service is informational only. It is impersonal — the same content is shown to every visitor — and it is free to use at launch. It does not provide individualized investment advice or personalized recommendations. See the Disclaimers below and our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure (including via scraping that degrades service, denial-of-service, or probing for vulnerabilities);
- misrepresent the source, accuracy, or endorsement of any content, or remove or obscure source attributions and links;
- use the Service to provide investment advice to others as though it were personalized to them.
4. No warranty (“AS IS”)
The Service and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure. Data is extracted from third-party filings by automated means and may contain errors — always verify against the linked source.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryTie and its operator, and its contributors and suppliers, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The verbatim source quotes displayed on the Service are reproduced from public filings for factual reporting and commentary and remain the property of their respective filers or other rights holders; their inclusion is intended as fair use. The underlying facts and relationships between companies are not themselves copyrightable. The Service’s original text, design, selection, arrangement, and software are the property of EveryTie and its operator. Company and product names are the marks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
7. Not affiliated with the SEC
EveryTie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or by any filer, exchange, or government agency. References to the SEC, EDGAR, and filings are for identification and source-attribution purposes only.
8. Third-party links
The Service links to third-party documents and websites (for example, filings hosted on sec.gov). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service.

1. Investment disclaimer
EveryTie is an informational research tool. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing here is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any investment strategy. The information is impersonal and identical for every visitor; it does not consider your objectives, financial situation, or needs. 2. Data-accuracy disclaimer
Relationships shown here are extracted from public company filings (such as U.S. SEC Forms 10-K and 20-F) using automated methods. The information is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind. It may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors, including extraction, matching, or interpretation mistakes; the underlying filings may also contain errors. Every relationship links to its original source document — always verify against the linked filing before relying on anything you read here.
